He joined WeatherBug in 2006 as an Account Executive. He is currently responsible for selling to agencies and brands in parts of the Northeast region, as well as the entire Southeast. Jessica McManimen, VP of Operations, NetPlus Marketing

Jessica oversees the following multi-disciplinary team - media, search, marketing intelligence and campaign management. On any given week, NetPlus is busy producing dozens of projects for a wide variety of clients. Each project uses different technologies, supplied and hosted by different vendors, for clients with widely varying requirements. Each demands the combined talents and skills of writers, designers, data analysts, media buyers, campaign managers and more. Each, in short, is complex, difficult, on tight deadline and completely unique: a recipe with the potential for regular disaster. Instead, under Jessica's supervision as VP Operations, the work flows smoothly from start to finish-on time, on budget, and better than expected.

Beginning her career with Harmelin Media, and with the exception of a year spent working for AOL in Dulles, VA, Jessica has been with NetPlus for well over six years, starting as a senior Media Buyer, and advancing through account services to operations. With years of front-line experience, she manages a multi-disciplinary staff with an insider's sensitivity-as well as a drill-sergeant's insistence on perfection and punctuality, and a large dollop of humor.

Debrianna Obara, VP Media -- Razorfish

Debrianna heads up the Philadelphia-based media department which has extensive online media planning and buying experience, with clients such as Brooks Brothers, PNC Bank, Roche Laboratories, Wyeth, DuPont, and others. She relocated from NYC to join AA|RF in late 2002. Before joining AA|RF, Debrianna had eight years of offline and online media experience at NY agencies including Draft Worldwide, Ogilvy & Mather, and ID Media. Lately, Debrianna’s writing can seen in Pharmaceutical Executive magazine and she is often asked to present at various industry conferences.

Prior to entering the advertising world she was a Business English Teacher with BMW and Philip Morris in Munich, Germany and a Visiting Lecturer in Conversational and Grammatical English at a university in Poland. Debrianna also is active organizing charitable contributions for a small rural community in Zimbabwe and is always eager to share her experiences in Africa and accept donations.

Adam Roberts, Vice President/Director Media -- Digitas Health

Adam is a dynamic and seasoned marketing professional with more than 14 years of cross-channel advertising and marketing experience for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies. Adam is a talented leader and is known for his trailblazing approach that drives business results through innovative marketing. Adam launched his career at Carat in Boston back in 1995, where he was instrumental in the launch of the first paid subscription website for the Wall Street Journal, WSJ.com. His expertise led him to Atlanta, where he fine tuned his craft at Ogilvy & Mather and J. Walter Thompson Technology. After several years in the capital of the South, the interactive dot-com boom in Silicon Alley brought Adam to New York where he led the online acquisitions team for Citibank at a small interactive boutique, Mass Tranist Interactive. Ultimately, it was the growing Philadelphia interactive community and the pharmaceutical industry where Adam now focuses his energy at the Philadelphia headquarters of Digitas Health. Adam is currently completing an Executive Marketing Certificate Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Andy Rosefsky, Sales Director -- PointRoll

Andy Rosefsky has been selling in the interactive space for more than 10 years. His first break into the interactive world was with America Online, where he supported the sales efforts for the Shop@ Retail team consisting of 3 Vice-Presidents and 5 Sales Managers. He then moved back to Philadelphia as a National Account Executive with AccuWeather.com. After 4 successful years at AccuWeather.com, Andy moved to Comcast as one of the company’s first National Interactive Sales Managers. This new group was responsible for selling all of Comcast’s interactive properties. Currently, Andy is managing the New England region for PointRoll as Sales Director.

Phyllis Sudman, VP of Sponsorship and Advertising Sales, Revolution Health Group

Phyllis Sudman is Vice President of Sponsorship and Advertising Sales for Revolution Health. Prior to joining Revolution Health in May 2007, Phyllis served as Vice President at AOL, where she worked for 11 years. During her tenure at AOL, she developed and negotiated strategic advertising and content partnerships with media, health, e-commerce, and entertainment companies. Phyllis was instrumental in developing and executing AOL's anchor tenancy partnership structure that generated hundreds of millions of dollars for the company. Phyllis started her career in the online industry with the Sales & Marketing Group at PressLink, the online subsidiary of Knight-Ridder.

While Phyllis takes pride in the successes of her professional career, she places a greater emphasis on the accomplishments in her personal life. In 2005, Phyllis' three month old son, Simon, died. Determined to do something, she formed Simon’s Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to saving the lives of children by raising awareness about the conditions that lead to sudden cardiac arrest in children. To date, Simon’s Fund (www.simonsfund.org) has raised over $300,000, and provided hundreds of free ECG exams to students throughout the Philadelphia area. Phyllis lives in Plymouth Meeting with her husband Darren and two children, Sally and Jaden.
